The Séance of Edgar Allan Poe

July 16 – 25

The Ghost Museum – Berlin, MD

ABOUT THE SHOW

Naut Human Productions presents Penny's Dreadful Parlour: The Séance of Edgar Allan Poe at the Ghost Museum in Berlin, MD for a limited engagement July 16–25, 2026.

Step beyond the veil and into an intimate Victorian séance where the line between performance and the supernatural begins to blur. Guided by renowned medium Penny Dreadful and her devoted assistant, guests are invited to join a candlelit gathering dedicated to contacting one of history's most beloved and mysterious authors: Edgar Allan Poe.

As the evening unfolds, strange phenomena begin to emerge. Spirits stir, forgotten memories surface, and the presence of Poe himself seems to draw ever closer. Blending immersive theatre, séance traditions, psychological illusion, audience participation, and the macabre world of Poe's writings, this one-of-a-kind experience invites guests to become part of the ritual itself.

Will the circle succeed in summoning the legendary poet... or awaken something else entirely?
